  • Old Business
    • Dedication Tree for Kenny Immel, planned location will be north of existing dedication tree behind 1st base dugout of north diamond. $610 collected from various donors.  Goal is to have this tree in place before our home boys tournament in June.
    • 2021 Fall Park Renovation Project – project is 85% complete.  North Diamond – infield tile was installed, frost damage to the fences was repaired in front of both dugouts, new concrete poured in both dugouts. All backfilling and seeding is complete. Dugout enclosures and benches need to be installed before spring HS season.  South Diamond – concrete pads were poured for bleachers and a scorers booth. Need to install scorers booth and finish backfilling and seeding in spring.
    • Mound replacement, line chalker replacement
    • Select Teams, review last season, decide path forward.
  • New Business
    • Concessions Update
    • 2022 Fall Park Renovation Project – Middle field project similar to what was done to North Field this year. More to come on this at our end of season meeting.
    • Registration for 2022, details from meeting with other local associations. $60 for all except fundamentals ($25) and pony ($70). No opt out for concessions volunteering.
    • Umpire clinic, decide incentive to participate

    • Bylaws
    • Remove three trees starting from the east?  Use ~$650 donation (Gary Renderman has this set aside) to have a dedication tree placed for Kenny Immel.  Mike Sacotte volunteered to replace the dedication stone for the tree behind the first base side on the north field as well.
    • Infield Grading (discuss as part of new business, field renovations)
    • Review Porter Sacotte for grounds services.
  • New Business
    • North Field Renovation Project
      • Repair frost damage to both dugouts. This will include removal of existing concrete in dugouts, straightening the fences that are heaved from frost and re-pouring dugouts. Estimated cost: under $1000. Labor and machine rentals will be donated. Association will need to cover costs of materials, fence hardware, concrete, fuel.
      • Drain tile under infield (optional). Start after MS tournament. Estimated cost: $1,500.  Labor and machine rentals will be donated.  Association will need to cover costs of materials, gravel, drain tile, etc.
      •  Laser grade infield, remove berm on edge of infield. Estimated cost: ??? (Get cost from Paul Schellin or Larry Fleischman).
      • Add infield conditioner to surface, Turface MVP or similar product. Estimated cost: ??? (Get cost from Tom/Tony Cole).
    • Middle Field Renovation Project 2022
      • Laser grade infield, remove berm on edge of infield. Estimated cost: ??? (Get cost from Paul Schellin or Larry Fleischman).
      • Add minimum infield conditioner to surface, Turface MVP or similar product. Estimated cost: ??? (Get cost from Tom/Tony Cole).
    • Pour concrete pads for bleachers and new score booth (built by Lomira HS) at the south diamond.  Estimated cost: $1000.  Labor and machine rentals will be donated.  Association will need to cover costs of materials, gravel, concrete, etc.  Should be done at same time as north field dugouts to save cost on concrete delivery.  Need to discuss trenching electric from scoreboard to the new booth as well (Tony/Tom Cole and Luke Luedtke).
